Our UL508A Panel Shop has been providing custom industrial electrical panels since 2001. Our Panel Shop has created stringent quality standards through years of experience. However, we are not just a panel shop; our completed panels are quality-checked and tested by experienced engineers. All of our panels, UL and Non-UL, go through a 3-step checkout process to ensure quality. All documentation for the panel, including pictures, is stored on our servers and cloud-based project tracking software. Our customers can track and collaborate on their projects in real time with our team. Our panel wireman and engineers work closely with our customers to design and build panels to your needs with the quality craftsmanship you expect.
Automation Zone has three locations in Castalia, Clyde and warehousing in Sandusky with a paint booth, UL 508 & Experience with CSA. Fully Automated CNC Sub Plate Drilling and Tapping machine. Automated wire storage system. SCCR and Arc Flash Warnings on all Panels. Terminal Marker Plotter we can plot many terminal brands. Panel checkouts are logged and performed by a Controls Engineer. Electrical Design and Build or Built to Print. Hi Pot Cable Tester. Ask us about our cable assemblies—Automation Zone built 120 – 96 conductor cables for NASA’s new vibration test table. We have a second panel shop for higher volume small panels and warehouse storage for larger jobs.
